Abstract
An Ultra- or Meta-Realistic Telework Communication System is one which allows people outside the main office to experience exactly the same emotional environment as those physically present. This system is under development now. In this study, I interviewed students who use Hyper Information Terminal (HIT), using Evaluation Grid Method. This is a method which is based on personal construct theory in mental model approach. They were asked the image and the impression concerning the Hyper Information Terminal. In this method, it was requested them to evaluate good points about system with Laddering (Ladder-up and Ladder-down). As a result, it suggested that users find benefit of "pleasure" and the need of "big display", for example.
