Abstract
In the part 1, an estimation method of a wind speed distribution is proposed in the higher wind speed range (over 5m/s). It is for using the fatigue design of apparatuses of strung wire which is generally constructed less than 20m in height. In this method, Weibull parameters are calculated based on the meteorological station data, and the Contour Graphics of Weibull parameters is drawn by the linear interpolation between meteorological stations. Moreover, this method is estimating wind speed distributions at optional area. The part 1 is evaluating the validity of observed and estimated value by using the Contour Graphics in Tochigi prefecture with this estimation method.
