Abstract
A Patient had at first been treated as having carcinoma of the nasal septum which was successfully controlled, then at the second occasion the patient was treated as having so-called progressive necrotic rhinitis which was also regressed by treatment. At the third occasion the patient developed a necrotic lesion of the larynx and finally expired after ten years' progress of his illness.
The clinical courses, results of clinical examination and necropsy findings were presented and reviewed. And the author assumed that the patient was suffered from so-called progressive necrotic rhinitis throughout the course of his illness. The etiology of the disease was also discussed.
