Abstract
The clinical and pathological observations of the two cases with bronchoscopically visible tumors caused by exrathoracic primary malignant growths were reported. In one of them, tumor was located at the carina and developed from parabronchial lymphnode metastasis of gastric adenocarcinoma. In another, tumor was found as a polypous mass in the orifice of the right upper lobe bronchus and developed from the right pulmonary metastasis of pheochromocytoma of the adrenal. The pathological findings of the both malignancies were confirmed on the necropsies. Finally, the differential diagnosis of the primary bronchial malignancy was discussed.
