Abstract
In laryngomicrosurgery, the authors frequently remove the lesion on the upper surface of the vocal cords. Upward and Straight Forceps were currently used, but they were not enough to proceed a successful operation on such regions. For the purpose of performing the operation on the horizontal plane of the larynx, a pair of forceps were newly designed. These consisted of a right-angular-open and a left-angular-open forceps.
