This Paper describes a trial of Knowledge Collection System for Project management. This system can record the know-how knowledge consisting of the several personal chips of knowledge. Environment and effect is important to use knowledge which is collected by this system. And it is a problem to measure the effect of use of knowhow and knowledge. The purpose of This research is achievement of the way of efficient promotion of the project from the viewpoint of the cost down and the term of works. The important point of this research is converting information of Miss and knowhow into effect cost, and treating Knowhow and Miss information equally.
