Abstract

It is desirable for team medicine that medical stuff such as doctor, or nurse and so on recognize their each role each other, and have an equal relationship. This concept is stated clearly as the aim of their medical practice for students. The statistical studies have been conducted on the recognition of the students about the role of nurse in students of medical, nurse, and management courses. As a result, it is found that the medical and nurse course students have a same recognition that they are on equal footing. On the other hand, the management course students have different opinions in several points since they are close to the point of view of patients. This means that there is a gap between the medical teams and patients. The students after experience of medical practice have a similar opinion on the role of nurse, and recognize the importance of making of cooperation with each other.
