Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain the basic materials for volunteers who participated in the "sports experience programs for visually impaired children" for their own recognition and future participation of volunteers. As a result of analyzing 75 valid answers obtained from volunteers, 12 categories were created as "changes in interaction of participating children during training" and 1 categories as "changes of volunteers themselves through training" captured by the volunteers themselves. From these results, when we examined the relationship with the whole volunteer using a biaxial matrix of "non-daily-daily" and "passive-active", it became clear that it was positioned as "active-non-daily". It was. Furthermore, by structurally grasping "passive-active", in addition to the higher level of recognition and the specialized knowledge about disabilities, which will help future volunteers to capture the meaning and value leading to the emergence of the phenomenon in front of them, This suggests the need for specialized knowledge necessary for coaching to promote performance.
