Abstract
Laser and photochemical reaction is able to destroy caser tissues selectively. Ordinary we chose the high energy laser and powerful photon beam which can excite the drug molecules or activate. However, those beams have fetal defects that they enable only to reach the superficial of our bodies, and they cannot go deeply ahead into our bodies. So, we cannot propose effective phototherapy, even if we use the powerful drug as hematoporphyrin,. If Spring-8 is chosen as the source of the penetrative photon beam for as synchrotron radiation, we have possibility that we will enable to kill the deep seated malignant tumor.
