Abstract

We discovered that its possible to use color determination by Nessler a regent which is applied to quantitative analysis of very little nitrogen in serums, for quantfying nitrogenof little nitrogenous refined Sake.
The analysis time is shortened to abont 1/4 by the Kjeldahl method.
