A process of ethamol fermentation in a stripping bioreactor was simulated by fermentation models. The calculated data showed that the gas flow rate of stripping and the fermentation temperature affected the rate of ethanol recovery and the ethanol concentrations, in material and condensate. Therefore, it is concluded that the gas flow rate could be used as a constrolling means of this process, and that the raise in fermentation temperature in creases the productivity of ethanol in this process.
