We report a rare case of venous aneurysm of upper extremity. The patient was a 71-year-old female. Her right median cubital vein had been dilated since she was about forty. Venous echography and computed tomography was useful for its anatomical diagnosis. Under local anesthesia, resection of venous aneurysm was performed. There was no inflammatory change or luminal thrombus. Pathological findings showed various thickening and thinning of the aneurysmal wall. However, the etiology was unknown. Surgical resection of venous aneurysms is useful because it is highly curable with low surgical risks.
