We report a surgical case of 75-year-old man, who had an abdominal aortic aneurysm, complicated by right pelvic kidney. Abdominal computed tomography revealed that pelvic kidney was vascularized by 3 arteries: the first of three was from the aneurysm, second one was from the right common iliac artery, and the last one was from the left common iliac artery. The aneurysm was successfully replaced by a straight prosthetic graft without renal protection. Post-operatively, he had a transient rise in the serum creatinine level, which returned to baseline. He was discharged home with normal renal function.
