Abstract
Identifying the dural tear point is not easy in cases of cerebrospinal fluid leakage, and specific examination is needed for identifying and treating such dural tears. In this study, the leakage point was estimated using standard magnetic resonance imaging (MRI, T2* reverse imaging). This technique avoids the use of drugs and lumbar puncture. It is simple, non-invasive and allows us to speculate on dural tear locations. Moreover, it can also reveal dural repair ; hence, it may be ideal for managing dural tears.
