高温糖化液による金属材料の腐蝕試験結果

Hydrolysis of wood with concentrated sulfuric acid has been studied in this country by the members of the Wood Saccharification Discussion Committee (Japan). This paper describes the results of the corrosion tests for some materials of construction for the hydrolizer in the experimental apparatus (Fig. 3)
The results obtained from the tests in the boiling liquid in the process (10%H₂SO₄, 8% glucose and 1% acetic acid aqueous solution; actual solution) were as follows:
