Translated Abstract
In this paper, I have overviewed minority research in psychology and identified its fundamental problems, with the structure of the research. Psychological research and communities are majority-centric, and the voices of those who are discriminated against are not heard. Psychology has constructed oppressive knowledge for minorities and has discriminated and excluded them. Psychologists should reflect on their research positionality and stance based on the voices of minorities and aim for a better psychology. In order to practice psychology that liberates minorities from discrimination and oppression, it is necessary to reconstruct psychology research and organizations.
