Abstract : Recently, I developed a twist contra-angle of repeated motion with 30° based on a technique of original super file, a kind of k-file, used by installing in a twist contra-angle which I had developed about ten years ago under manufacturer's aid.
The angle of ordinary twist contra-angle is too wide for preparation of root canal, and furthermore, in some cases, it is inadequate. After trial and error, I found that the change of angle of twist motion (repeated motion) from 90° to 30° and use of the super file resulted in easy preparation of root canal, and this was well accepted by lots of dentists. This report shows its details.
