Abstract
A method for determination of thirteen sulphonamide antibiotics in environmental water was described using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) . Sulphonamide antibiotics were extracted from aqueous samples by polystyrene-divinylbenzene copolymer solid phase. This solid phase extraction (SPE) was affected with pH of samples and could recover 12 sulphonamide antibiotics with pH 4-5. The limit of detection and reproducibility for the method ranged from 0.20 to 1.6 ng/l and ranged from 1.3 to 13.1 % c.v.
