Thought is that man think and the others do not. It includes three levels based on an idea. Idea yeilds a system of ideas which ultimately results into philosophy. Thought or idea appears through man's thinking about something. Environmental thought is a philosopy concerning environment and man. Environmental thought first appeared during the former half of the 18th to 19th century in Europe. This is the natural protection idea. Since the 1970's, environmental thought has been studied widely under environmental ethics. This study is chiefly is related to deep ecology and social ecology. The studies of environmental thought in Janpan now consists of environmental ethics and naturalistic thinking.
