Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to study void-for-vagueness doctrine and appropriate sanctions of "due process" clause. The rights which young people are protect under The Constitution of Japan Article 31 are, nevertheless, today not infequently claimable against the Court's interpretation of void-for vagueness doctrine by "due process" clause.
