Some previous research have been conducted on CSCL incorporating peer evaluation. Regardless of this, there seems to hardly exist pieces of literature proposing a concrete procedure for such evaluation. The only exception is “peer evaluation function” of workshop module in Moodle. Its mechanism, however, is not precise enough to solve the problems previously mentioned. In this research, the authors aim to develop a module on Moodle which realizes reasonable peer evaluation among learners and also synthetic evaluation with learners’ study logs, with the aid of AHP technique.
