The decision of the present generation affects the welfare of future generations. To solve the intergenerational problem, we consider the problem using a model that introduces reciprocity between generations. Then, from experiments, we explore insights about what would happen between generations. It is shown that the succeeding generations conform to the behavior of the preceding generations. Taking the conformity into account, if the predecessors have a high interest in cooperation, the degree of cooperation will increase throughout the generation, while if they have a low interest in cooperation, cooperation will be weak.
