能登半島珠洲市における大気中の二酸化硫黄および硫酸塩粒子濃度の測定：越境汚染と桜島噴煙の影響について

Measurements of atmospheric sulfur dioxide (SO₂) and sulfate particles were performed in Suzu City, Ishikawa Prefecture, the Noto Peninsula from October 2013 to March 2014. SO₂ higher than 10 ppb which is hardly detected even in a big city in Japan and high concentrations of sulfate particles were frequently observed due to the influence of trans-boundary pollution from the Asian continent. Both air pollution from the industrial regions around the Bohai and Yellow seas and that from the big cities in northeastern China may highly affect air quality in Suzu City. Relatively high concentrations of SO₂ which might have been derived from the smoke of Sakurajima were also observed in July 2013.
