This paper describes one concept that space logistics network using Orbital Transfer Vehicle (OTV) is built in cis-lunar field. The reusable OTV is expected to be a new method for cargo transportation to gateway which will be constructed in Artemis program. In this study, we proposed a new scenario for transportation to a near rectilinear halo orbit (NRHO) on which gateway is located. The proposed scenario enhances cost effectiveness by utilizing the OTV which repeats to transport between the parking orbit and NRHO with refueling from the propellant depot. The parameter search on the size of the parking orbit and the structure mass of the OTV and the propellant depot verified that the proposed scenario is superior to the conventional one-way transportation from the standpoint of cost efficiency and cargo mass.
