Abstract
The present study aims to develop a support system for high school students' choosing their career. First, We investigated the structure of their career motives by means of the principal component analysis. Second, we proposed a career decision making model on the basis of fuzzy reasoning. The validity of the model was confirmed and the potential applications were outlined.
