Many companies and organizations were forced to accept the teleworking style in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. On the other hand, to operate the teleworking style as a flexible work option, it is necessary to understand the actual situation of workers. This paper reports on the current status, issues, and future demands of teleworking based on the results of an online survey conducted among office workers.
