Report on the monitoring data of the temporary wall in slope

Abstract

There are many cases which have excavation with the retaining walls in slope due to the limited flat area in the cities. On the other hand, there are small numbers of efficient monitoring data in these case. As the result, it is not still certain in the specs how to design the acting load on the temporary retaining walls. This paper gives a report on the monitoring data in these case. And one method is shown as the reasonable design in the case study.
