We reviewed seven cases of nasal septal cancer treated primarily in our department of otorhinolaryngology and head and neck surgery over the seven-year period from April 2016 to March 2023, along with a literature review. The patients were four men and three women. Although one patient had to undergo reoperation due to recurrence, all patients were alive without recurrence for more than 18 months after the last treatment. In recent years, nasal endoscopic surgery has become a complete treatment for nasal or paranasal cancer via intranasal surgery, involving no incisions on the outer nose or face. In the present study, three patients were successfully treated with nasal endoscopic surgery alone.
