Intralaryngeal injection of Betamethasone disodium phosphate (Rinderon) was done to control inflammatory processes of the larynx in nine cases with vocal cord nodule, acute or chronic laryngitis, or traumatic lesions of the larynx. The effect of this treatment was evaluated photographically as well as symptomatically or by mirror examinations. In seven out of nine cases, satisfactory effect was obtained in a short period of the treatment.
