Abstract
The growth of the, cancer is not constant but quite variable, and it is correlated to the malignancy of cancer parenchyma and the resistance of the individual.
Histologically, there are.
1) Sprouting type without interstitial reaction. A picture of sprouting parenchyma of less differentiated cells lacking in the interstitial reaction.
2) Lymphatic and blood-vessel permeation type. A picture of the cancer parenchyma of less differentiated cells proliferating to fill up local lymphatics or blood vessels.
These histological findings are characteristic of the cancer in the stage of the so-called growth acceleration (Schub), leading to an early death after the operation. Shirabe.
