Abstract
A report is made on a case of mucocele which was suspected of malignancy by many oculists and surgeons because of the tumor-like swelling in the upper eye-lid and the exophthalmos.
The tumor was identified by operation as mucocele of the ethmoidal sinus, and moreover, it was found that it had extended to another side. Findings by the operation and the X-ray photograph are stated and attention of the clinicians in the other field than otorhinolaryngology, especially of oculists, is called to this case.
