Two cases of foreign bodies are reported. One is a foreign body of a part of a leaden toy trumpet that stayed in the glottis for 3 years and was extracted by direct laryngoscopy. The other case is two pieces of 1 sen copper coins and one 1 sen aluminum coin in the esophagus, which were extracted simultaneously by direct esophagoscopy.
