Abstract
We reported a case of so-called primary tuberculosis of the nose in a 62 years female, who complained of right nasal obstruction and rhinorrea. She was found to have ulceration of the right inferior turbinate. Microscopically, there was the typical findings of tuberculosis with epitheloid cells, Langhans giant cells and caseation. The efficient treatment by SM, INH, Rifampicin was made, and 3 months later there was no abnormal finding macroscopically and histologically. The occurrence of the nasal tuberculosis is rare, furthermore primary one is even more infrequent.
