A case of periostal fibroma on the left lateral wall of meatus nasi inferior is reported. The patient was a woman aged 48, and the fibroma grew at the vestibulum nasi sinistra and showed pressure symptoms on the left eye. A perfect recovery was effected rapidly by enucleation.
