Abstract
The so-called singer's nodules are commonly encountered, but the therapy is not too easy, because the operative resection is liable to cause postoperative disturbance of voise due to injury of the vocal cords, and the conservative treatment cannot bring about satisfactory results. The author reports two cases in which injection of the placental plasma took rapid and positive effects, together with considerations on this therapy.
