A case of aortitis syndrome with hearing loss and tinnitus

Abstract

A patient presented with tinnitus and sensorineural hearing loss. The disorder was thought to be partially due to aortitis syndrome, and was reactive to steroids. In future cases of sensorineural hearing loss, aortitis syndrome should be considered, as reported in this case.
