A rare case of small cell carcinoma of the nasal cavity in a patient with hepatocellular carcinoma of the liver is reported. WE stain and other stains (EGC stains) revealed inclusive cytoplasmatic granules of the neuroendocrine granules which were not visualized under electron microscopy. Now that multiple extrapulmonary or extraesophageal sites for this tumor have been identified, these regions should be investigatded with any case of suspected small cell carcinoma that cannot be readily attributed to that of the lung or esophagus.
