Abstract
A 65-year-old woman had a yellow soybean-sized cauliflowerlike tumor with soft and wide base between the Crus helicis and the Cymba conchae of the left auricle.
Histologically, it belongs to hard papilloma. It is difficult to determine the cause of this disease. However, the seat of the tumor is liable to become dirty because of its location, and especially as the patient is a woman, her ears are always covered with hairs and it seems to be one of the causes that the part was not kept clean. This case is reported because the auricular papilloma is not a very common case.
