Two cases of extra-abdominal desmoid tumor in the neck

Abstract

We herein report two cases of extra-abdominal desmoid tumor in the neck. The first patient was a 69 -year-old female who presented complaining of a right neck mass. The second patient was a 44-year-old male who demonstrated a right neck mass. Surgical treatment was performed on both cases. The pathological examination showed a proliferation of wavy collagen fiber while no cell atypia was seen.
