Abstract
The tumors of the external nose are generally known as rhvnophima, but fibroma molluscum, Weinnase, true elephantiasis arabum etc. are included in it. Trendenburg called the more prominent tumors of the external nose elephantiasis nasi.
The authors report here with considerations on the literature available on the subject a case, 16 years old female, of elephantiasis nasi, diagnosed histologically neuroangiofibroma and cured by the plastic operation.
