Abstract
Seven cases of the hypertrophical vocal cord disease (their occupation were 4 teachers, 1 kindergartner and 2 leatherworker) were observed in the ovarian functional insufficiencies (1 case of each habitual abortion, dysmenorrhea, hypomenorrhea, bilateral ovariectomy and 2 cases of each uterus hypoplasia, climacteric psychosis).
It is well understood that the direct cause of it will be resulted from their excessive speaking and chronic chemical stimulation.
From the points of gynecological findings, history of cases and medical treatments, not only the local therapy but ovarian hormone therapy worked well in this disease.
It seems that the ovarian functional insufficiencies may not the direct cause of it, but they will predispose to it.
