Abstract
It is not seldom to find the difficulty in the removal of foreign body under autoscope even when X-Ray examination shows its existence in the esophagus or trachea.
A 14 year-old boy aspirated a pencil cap made of aluminum into his right bronchus.
At first, the foreign body couldn't be clearly observed by autoscopy. Therefore, inserting a metal tube into the bronchus as the contrast to show the right location of the body under roentgenogram and bronchoscope, the removal was made successfully.
