Abstract
The author reported a case of follicular cyst which was accidentally found in a man aged 36 by X-ray examination. The cyst encroached on the postero-lateral wall of the right maxillary sinus and pterygoid fossa, so that the maxillary sinus was pressed to the flat shadow hole. The cyst was extirpated by Caldwell-Luc's operation, including removal of an unerupted tooth.
