Abstract
The author reported a case of injury by air-rifleshot. The patient was 4 years old female, who was shot through the left eye ball and posterior ethomoid cell. The bullet was found lodging in the anterior portion of the left maxillary sinus. Ten days later it was removed by means of Caldwell-Luc Operation.
The literatures were reviewed with reports of 45 cases of foreign body in maxillary sinuses in Japan. Unfortunately the patient lost her left sight.
