Abstract
The authors have measured plasmin value in the blood of patients of stom.atitis, and observed high plasmin activity.
The activity was higher in acute than in chronic stomatitis. Chronic stomatitis with severe ulceration showed higher plasmin activity than one with no ulceration.
They applied to all sorts of patients of stomatitis anti-plasmin agent, E-aminocapronic acid, which proved effective in about half of the patients, although the effects did not always correspond with plasmin activity.
