By means of each properly preperate staining the auther studies on quantitative observation of each component of B′ nuclei such as nervous cells, nervous fibers and gliacelly. The dencity and size of nervous cells are measured most thick and large in the lowest portion enterning trigeminus root. In this portion it is observed the thickness of myelinated fibers are average 1.25μ and unmyelinated ones are average 0.12μ. Hortega cells and macoglia-cells are also determined most thick and large in same portion.
