Abstract
A case of cystadenoma originating in the nasal cavity and accessory sinuses which was diagnosed in view of X-ray, pathological finding and operation was described.
The patient was 34 year-old male with chief complaint of nasal obstruction. And this tumor increased slowly in size of 20 years duration.
The adenofibroma extending through the nasal cavity, maxillary sinus and the ethmoidal sinus is rare on the place of origin and had not been reported in Japan to say the least of it on the incunabula.
Judging from the literature available on this subject, then histological and, embryological and symptomatical findings of this tumor were discussed.
