抗ヒスタミン剤 Mequitazine (LM-209) の鼻アレルギーに対する臨床効果

抄録

To evaluate the clinical effect and safety, LM 209 was prescribed for 115 patients with nasal allergy. The results are as follows:
1) The effective rate (excellent and good) by doctors' judgement and patient's judgement were 57.0% and 52.8% respectively.
2) The improvement of provocative reaction was 46.0% and the decrease of eosinophils in nasal smear was 39.4%.
3) The degree each of subjective symptoms were significantly decreased.
4) The rate of side-effects was 11.9% and drowsiness was 7.3%, which are very lower than that of other anti-histaminic agents. There was no remarkable abnormal value in the laboratory test.
