A Case of Neurilemmoma of the Cervical Vagus Nerve

Abstract

A 37-year-old woman was treated for neurilemmoma of the cervical vagus nerve by local excision. In clinical features are described, and the restoration of function after cervical vagectomy is reviewed briefly. Temporary and permanent postoperative sequelae are discussed. The possible occurrence of concomitant unrelated malignancy is emphasized.
