Case 1: A 49-year-old woman complained of right nasal obstruction and nasal bleeding.
Case 2: A 40-year-old man complained of tumor of the tongue.
Case 3: A 62-year-old man complained of swelling of the nasal vestibule.
The tumors were removed operatively and no recurrence was seen after the operation. Histopathological examination revealed vascular leiomyoma in all three cases.
